Mindfulness Teacher

Clare Morgan

I have had some form of meditation practice for as long as I can remember and came to mindfulness nearly 10 years ago while experiencing sever inner ear dizziness. The way mindfulness has helped me work at befriending my mind and body has been transformative and I now very much enjoy sharing what I have learned with others. Having completed Level 2 teacher training with London Meditation in 2016, I facilitate the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course, adhering to good practice guidelines. I am also a fully accredited Breathworks teacher for Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress and particularly love teaching these courses because of their emphasis on kindness, self-compassion and a sense of connection

With a background in education, I also have an interest in how mindfulness can help young people, parents and teachers to develop well-being and resilience and have trained with the Mindfulness in Schools Project to work with both primary and secondary school students and with staff members. With over thirty years’ teaching experience in state secondary schools, I aim to facilitate these courses in a way that is authentic, intuitive and engaging and enjoy seeing how mindfulness-based approaches can help people to develop the skills needed to flourish.
