This New Year course would give you the tools and skills to live well with your pain or health condition. It will introduce you to a range of mindfulness and compassion techniques to help enhance the body’s natural healing systems and restore a sense of wellbeing.

10.00 am - 12.00 noon except for the first session which will be 10.00am -12.30pm to allow time for orientation & introductions. There will be no session on Tuesday 14th February.

I am aware that looking at screens can be challenging for some people so there will be frequent breaks and opportunities to look away from the screen.

This is part of the MBSR course but also open to those who have completed an 8-week course or similar.
Delve into a day of silent (but guided) practice. Explore stillness, movement and mindful awareness throughout the day.
We will have a shared, silent lunch together; please bring a cold lunch that does not require cooking.
The cost is £50 unless it is part of the MBSR course above.
